Cannabis and Excessive Noise

In consideration of all of our guests on the resort, smoking marijuana IS NOT PERMITTED at the cottages or on the beach area.

This is a Familly Resort with many children so PLEASE observe this rule.

If you wish to smoke marijuana please simply go off the property or go into the open field that you will see way behind the cottages. 

ANYONE THAT DOES SMOKE MARIJUANA AT THE COTTAGES OR ON THE BEACH AREA WILL IMMEDIATELY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY AND FORFEIT ANY TIME LEFT ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT OF THE COTTAGE WITHOUT ANY REFUND.

Excessive Noise.
  Please be considerate that you do have neighbors beside you and across the water. Playing music, loud talking or anything that can disrupt others outside is to be done by 10 PM.. You will be asked to turn it down and if it isn't you will have to leave.
